摘要:采用PASCA(化学分析正电子湮没谱)及NH3-TPD法表征加氢处理催化剂A l2O3载体表面酸度及焙烧条件对A l2O3载体表面酸度的影响。实验结果对比表明:采用两种方法所测定的各类酸中心数结果非常接近,在焙烧温度为750℃时,A l2O3表面的强酸中心已全部丧失,只保留少量中强酸中心和相当数量的弱酸中心。
PASCA (positron annihilation spectroscopy for chemical analysis) and NH3 -TPD were used to measure the surface acidity of Al2O3 support prepared for hydrotreating catalyst, as well as to study the effect of calcination temperature on the acidity. Experimental data showed that the results obtained by these two different analysis methods were almost the same. When the calcination temperature was 750℃, all the strong acid sites on the surface of Al2O3 support were lost, only a limited amount of medium acid sites and quite an amount of weak acid sites were still remained.
