摘要:本文利用环氧丙烷水合反应系统具有较大沸点差的特点,提出制备丙二醇的反应精馏新工艺,并通过过程模拟对反应精馏塔的工艺条件进行了研究。与原有工艺相比,新工艺的进料摩尔水比从15~20降至1.5~3,生成丙二醇的选择性从85%提高到93%,单耗从0.947tPO/tPG下降至0.853tPo/tPG。
A new process of reaction distillation for producing propylene glycol (PG) by hydration reaction between propylene ,oxide (PO) and water has been proposed by using a broader boilling range. The operating conditions have been investigated based upon computer simulation. With the new process,the water/propyl-ene oxide feed ratio reduced from 15~20 to 1. 5~3 and the selectivity to produce propy-lene glycol increased from 85 % to 93 %. The unit consumption of propylene oxide reduced from 0. 947 to 0. 853 ton PO/ton PG.
