摘要:渗透探伤是一种重要的无损探伤技术。研究渗透性液体物性参数影响渗透过程的机制对渗透剂新产品的研发具有重要指导意义。配制了一种水基探伤用渗透性液体,探究了其表面张力、黏度和所用表面活性剂的HLB值对其铺展能力、毛细爬升高度、平衡渗透面积和渗透速度的影响。结果表明,液体的表面张力主要影响其铺展能力、毛细爬升高度和平衡渗透面积。表面张力越大,铺展能力越差,毛细爬升高度越大,平衡渗透面积越大。液体的黏度主要影响其渗透速度,黏度越大,渗透速度越慢。液体所用表面活性剂的HLB值对渗透效果没有明显的影响。
This paper is intended to disclose the influential regularity of the penetrable liquid physical property parameters on its propagation ability and penetrating performance,with the identification and characterization of its surface tension,viscosity and surfactant HLB value as well as the physical property parameters of the penetrable liquid.In our experimental research,we have also prepared a new type of environment-friendly water-based penetrable liquid by using deionized water as solvent,amaranth as dye,1,2-propanediol as viscosity modifier,with AEO-7 being the surfactant.In addition,we have made the independent control of its surface tension and viscosity successful by adjusting the dosage of AEO-7 and 1,2-propanediol,while the independent control of its surfactant HLB value has been achieved by adjusting the species and dosage surfactants.In proceeding with our experiment,we have measured its surface tension and viscosity by using the surface tension meter and tested the rotational viscometer with its spreading feature.What is more,we have determined its penetrating performance through the capillary height test and penetrating test with our own self-assembled penetrating simulation device and made an investigation of the influence of the water-based penetrable liquid’s surface tension,viscosity and surfactant HLB value on its spreading volume,capillary height,balanced penetrating area and penetrating speed.The results of all the above investigation and experimental study indicate that surface tension and viscosity of penetrable liquid have different impacts on its spreading ability,capillary height,balanced penetrating area and penetrating speed.On the other hand,the surface tension of the penetrable liquid may have significant impact on its spreading ability,the capillary height and the balanced penetrating area,while its impact on the penetrating speed seems very subtle.For example,higher surface tension may lead to lower spreading ability,with greater capillary height and higher balanced penetrating area,though the viscosity of penetrable liquid can merely influence its penetrating speed.Nevertheless,the surfactant HLB value of the penetrable liquid tends to show no impact at all on its spreading ability,capillary height,the balanced penetrating area and speed.
