摘要：毕业论文是成人教育本科生培养的关键环节。但成人学生面临工作、学业双重压力,论文写作过程中的精力投入相对有限。文章通过对成人学生的毕业论文撰写情况的问卷调查,着重从学习动机、认知评价和困难体验等方面研究,发现成人学生毕业论文撰写过程中的普遍特点。针对问卷调查结果,提出相应的管理策略和方法,对激发成人学生的研究热情,解决成人学生的写作困难,有一定的指导意义。
Graduation thesis is the key part of undergraduate cultivation in adult education.However,the adult students are faced with the dual pressure of work and study,and the input in the process of thesis writing is relatively limited.Based on a questionnaire survey of adult students'graduation thesis writing,this paper focuses on the study of learning motivation,cognitive evaluation and difficulties experience,and finds the general characteristics of adult students'graduation thesis writing.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,the corresponding management strategies and methods are put forward,which has certain guiding significance for stimulating the research enthusiasm of adult students and solving the writing difficulties of adult students.
