摘要：文章依托“活出轻龄感——农村老年女性健康促进小组”项目,选取24名农村老年女性为研究对象,基于主观年龄这一独特视角,设计并实施了一系列健康促进小组活动。采用经典实验设计,对干预的有效性进行了评估。结果显示,实验组老年女性在外表年龄和自评健康水平方面出现显著性变化,而对照组则未观察到此类变化,表明干预有效。社会工作者协助农村老年女性追求“轻龄感”,既丰富了她们的生活体验,使其在主观上感到更加年轻,又显著提升了她们的健康水平,为老年女性健康促进工作提供了新的思路。
With the increasingly severe aging crisis in China,there is an urgent need for effective interventionmeasures to address the health issues faced by elderly women.This study,as part of the project“Living withYouthful Feeling:Rural Elderly Women’s Health Promotion Group”,selected 24 rural elderly women asresearch subjects.Adopting an unique perspective on subjective age,a series of health promotion group activitieswere designed and implemented.Using a classic experimental design,the effectiveness of the intervention wasevaluated.The results indicated significant improvement in the experimental group regarding appearance age,and self-rated health levels,while no such changes were observed in the control group,demonstrating theeffectiveness of the intervention.Social workers assisting rural elderly women in pursuing a“youthful feeling”not only enriched their life experiences and fostered a sense of youthfulness but also significantly improved theirhealth levels.This intervention research has provided new insights for health promotion initiatives targetingelderly women.
