摘要:本文着重研究了在C_5~0/C_6~0全异构化工艺过程中所采用的吸附分离条件下正戊烷和正己烷在5A分子筛上的吸附热力学.测定了533~653K和5.32~199.5kPa下正戊烷和正己烷在5A分子筛上的吸附平衡数据.用Langmuir方程、D-A方程等对实验吸附等温线数据进行拟合的结果表明,在低压范围内,Langmuir方程可以很好地拟合实验结果,但在较宽的压力范围内,D-A方程对实验结果拟合得更好.利用拟合得到的D-A吸附等温线方程进行内插,并通过Clausius-Clapeyron方程计算出了正戊烷和正己烷在5A分子筛上的等量吸附热以及吸附熵.计算结果表明,随着吸附容量的增大,吸附热也出现增大的趋势.
This work was focused on the adsorption thermodynamics of n-pentane and n-hexane on 5A molecular sieve under the conditions used in the Total Isomerization Process(TIP). The equilibrium data of n-pentane and n-hexane on 5A molecular sieve were measured in the range of 533-653K and 5.32~119. 5kPa.The Langmuir equation, D-A equation and others were used to fit the experimental adsorption isotherms. At low pressure, the Langmuir equation is a good equation to fit the experimental data, but in wide pressure range,D-A isotherm equation is much better. Based on the data calculated from D-A isotherm equation, the isosteric heat and entropy of n-pentane and n-hexane on 5A molecular sieve have been calculated from Clausius-Clapeyron equation, indicating that the adsorption heat increases with the adsorption uptake.
