摘要:采用差示扫描量热计考察了 2 ,2′-亚甲基 -双 (4 ,6-二叔丁基苯基 )磷酸及其衍生物在聚丙烯中成核的有效性 ,并研究了成核剂对力学性能的影响。结果表明 :在聚丙烯中添加 0 4% (质量分数 )的磷酸酯的钠盐或甘油酯 ,使聚丙烯的结晶温度提高了 15℃或 11℃ ,结晶度增加 3 %~ 6% ,结晶速率显著增加 ;在反复熔融、结晶过程中 ,其成核效应没有发生改变 ;材料的模量提高了 2 0 %~ 3 0 % ,弯曲强度也提高了 10 %~ 2 0 %。
Organic phosphates used as nucleating agent could enhance stiffness of polyolefin remarkably.Effectiveness of 2,2′-methylene-bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphoric acid and its derivatives as nucleating agents for polypropylene(PP)were investigated with differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),their effect on mechanical properties of material was studied also.With 0.4% of sodium salt and glycerin ester of the organic phosphoric acid added to PP,the crystallization peak temperature of PP was increased by 15 ℃ or 11 ℃ respectively,crystallinity was increased by 3%~6%,and crystallization rate was enhanced significantly.Thermal stability of nucleated PP mixture was good when it was molten and crystallized multicyclically in DSC.Nucleating agents mentioned above could increase modulus of polymer by 20%~30%,and increase the flexural strength by 10%~20%.But the other organic phosphates showed weak nucleating effect.
