摘要：NOVELTY - Super hydrophobic and oleophobic fluorocarbon coating comprises component A and component B. The component A comprises an epoxy resin, fluorinated graphite, ammonium carbonate, polyoxyethylene ether and organic solvent (i). The mass ratio of epoxy resin, fluorinated graphite, ammonium carbonate and polyoxyethylene ether is 1:0.5-3:0.25-0.5:0.25-0.5. The mass ratio of organic solvent (i) to total mass of first 4 components is 1.5-10:1. The component B comprises curing agent and organic solvent (ii). The mass ratio of organic solvent (ii) and curing agent is 5-10:1. USE - Super hydrophobic and oleophobic fluorocarbon coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good adhesion property, and excellent wear, water and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Super hydrophobic and oleophobic fluorocarbon coating comprises component A and component B. The component A comprises an epoxy resin, fluorinated graphite, ammonium carbonate, polyoxyethylene ether and organic solvent (i). The mass ratio of epoxy resin, fluorinated graphite, ammonium carbonate and polyoxyethylene ether is 1:0.5-3:0.25-0.5:0.25-0.5. The mass ratio of organic solvent (i) to total mass of first 4 components is 1.5-10:1. The component B comprises curing agent and organic solvent (ii). The mass ratio of epoxy resin and curing agent is 10:2-4. The mass ratio of organic solvent (ii) and curing agent is 5-10:1. The curing agent is aminoethylpiperazine. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of super hydrophobic and oleophobic fluorocarbon coating comprising dissolving epoxy resin in part of organic solvent (i) to obtain epoxy resin solution, dispersing fluorinated graphite, polyoxyethylene ether and ammonium carbonate in remaining organic solvent (i) to obtain obtaining fluorinated graphite emulsion, mixing fluorinated graphite emulsion and epoxy resin solution, stirring uniformly, adding curing agent previously dissolved in organic solvent (ii), and mixing uniformly.
