摘要:通过热裂解气质联用(Py-GC/MS)方法对聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)型聚氨酯和聚己内酯(PCL)型聚氨酯进行鉴定。考察裂解温度对PCL型聚氨酯裂解产物的影响,确定550℃为聚氨酯的最佳热裂解温度。PBA型聚氨酯热裂解谱最强的峰是环戊酮的峰,PCL型聚氨酯热裂解谱最强的峰是ε-己内酯的峰,由此可以快速鉴别PBA型聚氨酯和PCL型聚氨酯。
Polybutylene adipate(PBA)type polyurethane and polycaprolactone(PCL)type polyurethane were discriminated by Py-GC/MS method.The effects of different pyrolytic temperatures on the pyrolytic products of the PCL type polyurethane were studied,and the optimum pyrolytic temperature of the polyurethane was determined at 550℃.The strongest pyrolytic product peak was cyclopentanone for PBA type polyurethane andε-caprolactone for PCL type polyurethane.This could make it possible to discriminate PBA type polyurethane and PCL type polyurethane quickly.
