摘要:尿素具有肥效高、对环境无害等特点,但直接撒施利用率不高,浪费严重。以壳聚糖为壳材,使用离子凝胶法制备载尿素微球以减少流失,并优化制备工艺,考察微球的载肥参数和缓释性能,最后采用扫描电镜、红外光谱等手段进行检测。实验结果表明离子凝胶法适合制备载尿素壳聚糖微球,最佳成球条件为浓度为1.5%的高粘度壳聚糖,尿素加入量为4%,三聚磷酸钠浓度为6%。得到的微球大小均一,载肥率为14.19%,包封率为19.52%,70 h缓释95%的尿素。由此,载尿素壳聚糖微球由于其缓释性和可降解性,有望成为新型的尿素缓释肥,且工艺路线绿色环保,为缓释肥生产提供技术保障。
Urea has the characteristics of high fertilizer efficiency and nonpoisonous to environments.However,its utilization rate of direct application is not high and causing serious waste.Chitosan was used as shell material,and the urea sustained-release microspheres were prepared by ionic gelation method which can reduce the loss.The preparation process of microspheres was optimized,the fertilizer loading parameters and slow-release properties of urea were investigated.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared spectrum and other means were used for characterization.It was shown that the ionic gelation method is suitable for the preparation of urea loaded chitosan microspheres,and the optimal conditions were:chitosan of high viscosity 1.5%,urea 4%,and sodium tripolyphosphate 6%.The prepared microspheres were uniform in size,the fertilizer loading rate was 14.19%,and the entrapment efficiency was 19.52%,and 95%urea was released slowly for 70 h.Therefore,urea loaded chitosan microspheres are expected to become a new type of urea slow-releasing fertilizer due to its slow-release and degradability,and the process route is environmental-friendly which provides technical guarantee for production of slow-releasing fertilizer.
