摘要:在已开发的重油催化裂化十一集总动力学模型的基础上,通过实验和参数估计,分别确定了RHZ-200、ZCM-7、CRC-3三种裂化催化剂的十一集总动力学模型参数,并运用模型的工业应用软件RCCLK,对这三种催化剂进行了工业验证计算。结果表明,拟合性能良好,为集总动力学模型用于指导催化剂的选用及优化操作打下了良好基础。
Based on the established kinetic model with eleven lumped species for heavy oil catalytic cracking,experimental determination and parameter estimation for kinetic constants of RHZ-200、ZCM-7、CRC-3 cracking catalysts were made. By applying a computer software(RCCLK) of the model for FCC,the practical results of the three catalysts in commercial units were verified.The results show that the model is reliable and lay a good foudation for the application of the model in selecting cracking catalyst and optimizing the operation condition of FCC units.
