摘要:提出新型的磁通平衡检测原理,可有效提高损伤的检测灵敏度。在此基础上,设计了钢丝绳损伤动态探伤系统,详述了系统的总体结构和软件实现。应用表明:该系统具有便捷、快速、直观地检测和评价钢丝绳的使用状态,具有极高的重复性和准确性。可以应用于其他各类重要用途钢丝绳故障状况的在线实时监测。
Taking safety detection is very important measurement and attracting more and more attention. According to the new flux balance principles, the detecting sensitivity of micro damage has been improved. The dynamic testing system has been designed and its structure and software architecture have been presented in details. The results of tests and field application suggest that this system is convenient and rapid in detecting and evaluating the condition for wire rope, the data provided are reliable and accurate. This system can be used in the real-time monitoring for the important applications of all kinds steel wire ropes.
