摘要：运用Meta分析综合评价腰痛宁胶囊在腰腿痛、风湿性关节炎及腰肌劳损等疾病的疗效。结果共16篇文献符合随机对照文献纳入标准,用RevMan 5.1软件完成统计和系统评价,包含3 414例患者。对腰腿痛Meta分析,异质性由腰痛宁胶囊在临床试验中作为实验药和对照药所引起。在亚组实验组:腰痛宁胶囊治疗腰腿痛的疗效优于其它疗法;在亚组对照组:腰痛宁胶囊治疗腰腿痛的疗效劣于其它疗法,合并两个亚组:腰痛宁胶囊治疗腰腿痛的疗效优于其它疗法。对风湿性关节炎Meta分析,疗效优于其它疗法。对腰肌劳损的研究数据未能通过异质性检验,不能进行Meta分析。结论表明,腰痛宁胶囊在改善腰腿痛及风湿性关节炎的总有效率优于其它疗法。
Meta analysis was used to comprehensively evaluate the effects of Yaotongning Capsules on lumbocrural pain,rheumatoid arthritis and lumbar muscle strain.Sixteen clinic papers involving 3 443 patients fitted with the randomized controlled trials,and was analyzed with the help of RevMan 5.1 software.For lumbocrural pain,heterogeneity was caused by the clinic used of drugs between the experiment and the control groups.The effect of Yaotongning Capsules was superb to the other therapies in the subgroup experiment,but quite the opposite in the subgroup control.However,combination analysis of both subgroups tended to favour Yaotongning Capsules.For rheumatoid arthritis,clinical results presented the advantage over the other therapies.The trial of lumber muscle strain falied to pass the heterogeneity and did not make the Meta analysis.In a word,Yaotongning Capsules could improve the symptom of lumbocrural pain and rheumatoid arthritis.
