摘要:以氯化铁和氯化亚铁为催化剂,在液体连续流动的条件下研究了木屑在稀盐酸中的水解过程。考察了水解时间和温度、催化剂浓度和组成及液固比等对糖产率的影响。证明氯化亚铁的催化效果比氯化铁显著,在适当的水解条件下,木屑的转化率可达71%以上。
The hydrolysis of sawdust in dilute HC1 solution with FeCl 2 or FeCl 3 as catalyst was studied in a 0 9L continuous reactor.The effects of temperature,reaction time,concentration and composition of catalysts and the ratio of liquid to solid on the sugar pick up were investigated.It is shown that the catalytic effect of FeCl 2 is better than that of FeCl 3. With consideration of cost,FeCl 2 is more suitable to the industrial use.In the suitable hydrolysis conditions,i.e.,reaction time of 30min,reaction temperature of 165℃,ratio of liquid to solid 10 and composition of catalyst of 2% HCl and 2% FeCl 2,the conversion rate of sawdust reaches 71% or more。
