摘要:采用紫外-可见分光光度计,研究了巴陵石化研制的两种层析PA从茶叶溶液中对茶多酚的静态吸附、动态吸附和吸附洗脱等层析分离特性,并与市售普通层析PA进行比较。结果表明,层析PA对茶多酚的静态饱和吸附量随茶多酚浓度的增大而增大,动态吸附初始吸附速率明显高。树脂孔隙率越大,静态和动态吸附速率就越高,饱和吸附时间越短,饱和吸附量也越大。动态吸附的乙醇洗脱液质量分数以40%为宜。巴陵石化生产的两种层析PA的颗粒均匀,形态规整,孔隙率大,层析分离效果明显优于市售普通层析PA。
The behavior of static adsorption, dynamic adsorption and absorb-elute of tea polyphenol from tea with two column chromatography polyamide supplied by Baling Petrochemical Company of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (SINOPEC) were studied and characterized by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer (UV VIS) and ferrous tartrate eolorimetric method. The comparisons of basic properties were investigated among PA-1, PA-2 and other two grades of polyamide 6. The results indicate that the saturated static adsorption amount of tea polyphenol increases with the concentration of tea polyphenol solution and the initial rate of dynamic adsorption is higher. The rate of static, dynamic adsorption and static adsorption amount rises with the porosity of column chromatography polyamide(PA) while the saturated absorption time decreases. The optimal mass concentration of ethanol eluent solution is 40% for dynamic adsorption in this paper. Porous column chromatography polyamide PA-1 and PA-2 supplied by Baling Petrochemical Company of SINOPEC process high regularity, uniform granularity and purity, more effective in separation than commercial polyamide chromatography.
