摘要:NOVELTY - Application of phosphate/molecular sieve self-assembly nucleation system involves adding polypropylene having melt flow rate of 0.5-20 g/minute at 230 degrees C under load of 2.16 kg, phosphate/molecular sieve self-assembly nucleation system, antioxidant and lubricant to a high-speed mixer, mixing for 5-10 minutes, placing mixed material in a twin-screw extruder, melt-extruding at 200-250 degrees C, and granulating. The phosphate/molecular sieve self-assembly nucleation system contains in-situ self-assembly nucleation system. USE - Application of phosphate/molecular sieve self-assembly nucleation system in preparation of high-rigidity polypropylene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The phosphate/molecular sieve self-assembly nucleation system is economical, and provides polypropylene with high toughness and rigidity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Application of phosphate/molecular sieve self-assembly nucleation system involves adding polypropylene having melt flow rate of 0.5-20 g/minute at 230 degrees C under load of 2.16 kg, phosphate/molecular sieve self-assembly nucleation system, antioxidant and lubricant to a high-speed mixer, mixing for 5-10 minutes, placing mixed material in a twin-screw extruder, melt-extruding at 200-250 degrees C, and granulating. The phosphate/molecular sieve self-assembly nucleation system comprises in-situ self-assembly nucleation system, immersion adsorption self-assembly nucleation system and modified self-assembly nucleation system. The in-situ self-assembly nucleation system is prepared by mixing phosphate and molecular sieve. The ratio of phosphate and molecular sieve is 1-9:9-1. The immersion adsorption self-assembly nucleation system is prepared by dissolving phosphate in 100-150 ml organic alcohol solvent, adding molecular sieve, ultrasonically dispersing for 2 hours, distilling the solvent, and vacuum-drying. The modified self-assembly nucleation system is prepared by dissolving 0.1-20 %mass sodium acetate in 100-150 ml deionized water, adding molecular sieve, ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hour, evaporating deionized water, vacuum-drying, obtaining modified molecular sieve, and mixing phosphate and modified molecular sieve. The ratio of phosphate ester and modified molecular sieve is 1-9:9-1. The molecular sieve is a silicon-based molecular sieve with a particle size of 1-10 microns. The phosphate is 2,2'-methylene phosphate. The organic alcohol is methanol, ethanol and/or isopropanol.
