摘要:传统直流电机调速系统存在使用寿命短,对电机和系统的保护不完善,效率低,不够稳定等问题。本文提出了由单片机控制、功率VMOS管驱动的设计方法,全面考虑系统保护,实现了无触点、稳定、保护完善的直流电机正反转无级调速。
There are some problems in the traditional DC motor speed control system,such as short service life, imperfect protection for motor and system, low efficiency, unstability. This article has introduced a design method of DC motor speed control system, which is based on MCU, driven by power field effect transistor(VMOS), and has being with complete protection. Finally we realized a non-contact,positive inversion and stepless speed regulation of DC motor which can work with high stability and perfect protection.
