摘要：本文介绍了一个分析化学综合实验——洗衣粉中表面活性剂的分析。该实验采用回流法提取洗衣粉中表面活性剂,并利用化学分析和多种仪器分析方法对表面活性剂进行结构鉴定,在一个实验中实现了样品预处理、化学鉴定及仪器分析的有机结合,有利于提高学生对分析化学知识的综合应用能力。
In this paper,a comprehensive analytical chemistry experiment of analysis of surfactants in detergent is introduced.The surfactants in detergent were extracted using reflux extraction method,and the structures of surfactants were determined using chemical and instrumental analytical methods.In this experiment,the sample pretreatment,sample determination using chemical and instrumental analysis were carried out,which can help students improve their comprehensive ability to use the knowledge of analytical chemistry.
