摘要:目的:建立绞股蓝药材黄酮类化合物的HPLC指纹图谱,对不同产地批次的绞股蓝药材进行质量评价。方法:用甲醇回流提取绞股蓝药材中的黄酮类成分,优化色谱条件,建立HPLC指纹图谱方法。选择了指纹图谱中的7个特征峰进行方法学考察,并用该方法测定了10个批次的绞股蓝药材。结果:精密度、稳定性、重复性考察结果表明,7个特征峰的相对保留时间的RSD值均小于0.5%,相对峰面积RSD值小于5%。分析了10批不同产地的绞股蓝药材,相似度结果均在0.8以上。结论:所建立的绞股蓝黄酮类化合物HPLC指纹图谱方法可以用于绞股蓝药材的质量评价。
AIM : To develop a HPLC fingerprint of flavones in Grynostemma pentaphyllum for the quality evaluation. METHODS: To extract flavones in G. pentaphyUum by reflux with methanol. After being optimized the HPLC condition, the fingerprint of flavones in G. pentaphyUum was developed and validated. 10 batches of G. pentaphyllum were then analysed. RESULTS: 7 peaks in fingerprint profile were selected as characteristic peaks for validation. In precision, stability and repeatability studies, the RSDs of relative retention time and relative peak area were less than 0.5% and 5%, respectively. Similarities of the 10 batches of G. pentaphyllum were more than 0. 8. CONCLUSION : The HPLC fingerprint of flavones in G. pentaphyUum can be used for quality evaluation of flavones in G. pentaphyllum.
