摘要:香叶基氯是一种由异戊二烯为原料合成香料香叶醇的中间体,今以SO42-/Fe2O3固体酸为催化剂,在溶剂环己烷的存在下,异戊二烯与异戊烯氯反应合成了香叶基氯。考察了催化剂制备过程中浸渍H2SO4浓度和焙烧温度对固体酸表面硫含量和反应结果的影响,得到比较好的催化剂制备条件:浸渍硫酸浓度24-1CHSO=0.25mol?L和焙烧温度550℃。还考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量和溶剂环己烷的用量对反应的影响。实验结果表明,当WCat:WC5H8=1:30,WC6H12:WC5H8=1:0.8,在反应温度18℃时反应2h,异戊二烯的转化率为18.3%,生成香叶基氯的选择性可达到75.2%。
Geranyl chloride, an intermediate for geraniol in perfume, was prepared by telomerizing prenyl chloride with isoprene in the presence of solid acid SO42-/Fe2O3 and solvent cyclohexane. Effects of impregnation concentration of H2SO4 and calcination temperature on the SO3 content in catalyst and on the reaction were investigated. Experimental results show that the catalyst prepared by treating with sulfuric acid of CH2SO4=0.25 mol·L-1, then calcining at 550°C gives an appropriate conversion and higher selectivity. Influences of the catalyst dosage, the amount of cyclohexane, reaction temperature and reaction time were also discussed. The optimum reaction conditions with the catalyst above are as follows: weight ratio: WCat:WC5H8=1:30 and WC6H12:WC5H8=1:0.8, reaction temperature and time: 18°C for 2 h. Under the optimum conditions, the conversion of isoprene and selectivity of geranyl chloride are about 18.3% and 75.2%, respectively.
