摘要:用经过处理的 HY 分子筛为催化剂,进行苯与乙烯的液相烷基化反应,研究了反应条件对催化性能的影响。用引入周期表中ⅡA 族和第一过渡周期金属阳离子对 HY 分子筛进行改性,采用TPD 技术测定催化剂的表面酸性质,探讨了催化剂表面酸性质和催化性能的关系。
With modified HY-zeolites as a solid acid catalysts,the liquid alkylation of benzene with ethylene has been studied.At the conditions of reaction temperature 167℃,pressure 3.0 MPa, molar ratio of benzene to ethylene 13.5 and space velocity of ethylene 2.5g C_2H_4/g Cat·h,the conversion of ethylene is 98.7%,the selectivity and the yield of ethylbenzene are 92.6% and 91. 4%,respectively. After introducing various metal cations,the surface acidity of modified HY-zeolites has been determined by TPD technique with NH_3.The experimental results showed that there were two acid sites of different acid strength on the catalyst surface.the various metal cations have a great in- fluence on the acidity of strong acid sites especially.The catalytic activities increase with increasing the acidity of strong acid sites on modified HY-zeolites.
