摘要:采用溶液球磨法直接制备丙烯酸酯橡胶(AR)/硫酸铜复合材料,在180℃热压下实现AR与CuSO_4的配位作用。球磨后CuSO_4粒径大幅减小且分布变窄,粒径平均峰值从9.88μm减小到1.03μm。采用电子顺磁共振波谱(ESR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)、动态力学分析(DMA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段对复合材料进行表征。结果表明,溶液球磨法制备的w(CuSO_4)=2.9%的复合材料较传统方法制备的w(CuSO_4)=4.8%复合材料,CuSO_4的添加量减少了40%,但拉伸强度提高了120%。SEM分析结果表明溶液球磨法制备的复合材料中CuSO_4的粒径和分布情况均得到显著改善;ESR、XPS谱图证明了AR与CuSO_4之间发生配位作用;DMA结果表明:由于配位作用,复合材料较AR呈现出刚性的特点。
Composites of Acrylic Rubber (A R ) filled with anhydrous copper sulfate (CuSO4) particles were prepared by planetary ball mill directly. A coordination reaction between AR and CuSO 4 was generated by heat pressing at 180 ℃ . Af ter ball milling , the average particle size of CuSO 4 decreasedsignificantly (from 9. 88 $m to 1. 03 $m),and the size distribution was narrow. The composites were characterized by electron spin resonance ( ESR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) , ultraviolet- visible spectroscopy, dynamic mechanical analysis (D M A ), scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results showed that the tensile strength increased by 120 % for composite with 2.9% ( mass fraction) CuSO 4 compared to that with 4.8% CuSO 4 reported in previous papers although the mass fraction CuS0 4 decreased by 40%. By analyzing SEM photos, the particle size and size distribution of CuSO 4 in the composite were improved significantly. ESR and XPS spectra confirmed the coordination reaction between ARandCuSO4. DMAshowed that the composite becamemore rigid than ARdue to the coordination.
