摘要：NOVELTY - A perfluorinated sulfonic acid polymer membrane is prepared by dispersing perfluorinated sulfonic acid and polymer dispersing agent into organic solvent, stirring uniformly to mix and obtain organic solution, rapidly stirring organic micro-molecular alcohol or inorganic nanoparticle additive, adding organic solution, ultrasonically dispersing, uniformly stirring to obtain casting film solution, allowing to stand and defoaming casting film solution for 1-5 hours, and subjecting into high voltage electrostatic power generator and micro-injector spinning propulsion device and processing. USE - Preparation of perfluorinated sulfonic acid polymer membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Product is uniform and controllable and has high specific surface area and porosity and good mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A perfluorinated sulfonic acid polymer membrane is prepared by dispersing perfluorinated sulfonic acid and polymer dispersing agent into organic solvent, stirring uniformly to mix and obtain organic solution, rapidly stirring organic micro-molecular alcohol or inorganic nanoparticle additive, adding organic solution, ultrasonically dispersing, uniformly stirring to obtain casting film solution, allowing to stand and defoaming casting film solution for 1-5 hours, subjecting into high voltage electrostatic power generator and micro-injector spinning propulsion device and processing to obtain nano-fiber membrane, soaking fiber nano-fiber membrane into acidic solution for 24 hours, washing material after soaking process, and vacuum drying to constant weight.
