摘要：实现研究生教育的内涵式发展,既是培养高层次创新人才的现实需要,又是促进高等教育高质量发展的必然要求。回顾过去十年,华东理工大学在研究生教育内涵式发展的探索与实践过程中,在研究生思想政治工作体系建设、教育结构优化、培养模式创新、导师立德树人职责落实和保障支撑体系建设等方面取得了显著的成效。展望未来,要推动研究生教育高质量发展,培养堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人,必须立足学校特色,重视强基固本,不断创新教育模式。
The connotative development of postgraduate education has contributed to the cultivation of high-level innovative professionals and has promoted the high-quality development of higher education. During the past decade, East China University of Science and Technology(ECUST) has achieved remarkable results in the practice of the connotative development of postgraduate education by constructing the work system of ideology and politics for postgraduates, upgrading the educational structure and the cultivation mode, emphasizing the supervisor’s responsibility for moral education and guaranteeing the support system. In the future, to promote the postgraduate education and cultivate professionals responsible for national rejuvenation, it’s imperative to innovate the education model and strengthen the foundation of its own with the characteristics of ECUST.
