摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing high-efficient zinc phosphate preservative for treating heavy metal corrosion involves weighing a proper amount of surfactant, dissolving the surfactant in deionized water; slowly dripping zinc nitrate (Zn(NO3)2) solution into the dissolved surfactant solution, slowly dropwise adding trisodium phosphate (Na3PO4) solution; transferring the precipitate into a reaction kettle; conducting ultrasonic treatment; mixing the precipitate after filtering and washing; drying under a microwave condition; and grinding to obtain a zinc phosphate preservative. USE - For preparing high-efficient zinc phosphate preservative which is useful for treating heavy metal corrosion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple; has low cost; and is suitable for large scale production. The prepared high-efficient zinc phosphate preservative has high purity.
