摘要:研制一种在线电子鼻系统,以有效解决大肠杆菌发酵过程关键参数——乙酸质量分数的在线检测难题。该电子鼻系统致力于实现以大进样流量、小气敏传感器阵列工作腔容积、周期性快速接触与脱附气味为特征的新工作原理,设计了气敏传感器阵列等核心部件新结构,主要组成单元包括气敏传感器阵列、自动顶空进样和计算机分析与控制3个模块。实验结果表明:该电子鼻系统不仅能有效检测大肠杆菌发酵过程的乙酸质量分数在线变化状态,而且能实现更广泛的生物发酵过程状态在线优化控制。
This paper develops an‘onlineelectronic nose system,in order to effectively solve the difficult problem of online concentration detection of the key component-acetic acid on the fermentation process of Escherichia coli.The electronic nose system is dedicated to realizing a new working principle characterized by high injection flow rate,small working chamber volume of gas sensor array,and periodically rapid adsorption and desorption of odors,designing new structures of gas sensor arrays and other core parts.The 3 main structural units in the electronic nose system are gas sensor array,automatic headspace sampling,and computer analysis and control.The experimental results show that the developed electronic nose system can effectively online detect the concentration changes of acetic acid during the fermentation process of Escherichia coli,and can carry out online optimization control tasks of states of biological fermentation processes in a wider range.
