摘要:本文通过环氧树脂E51与叠氮化钠反应,合成叠氮化环氧树脂(E51-N_3),并采用多种手段对其结构进行表征。利用合成的E51-N_3与N, N, N’, N’-四炔丙基-4, 4’-二氨基-二苯甲烷(TPDDM)、联苯二苄叠氮(BPDBA)反应,制备改性聚三唑胶黏剂,并研究单体配比对其固化行为、热性能、粘结性以及耐湿热老化性能的影响。结果表明:改性聚三唑胶黏剂的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)随着E51-N_3加入比例的增加而降低,热分解温度(T_(d5))基本不变,在常温下的拉伸剪切强度为20.9MPa,比改性前提高37%。与环氧树脂E51/DDM体系相比,改性聚三唑胶黏剂具有优异的高温粘结性及耐湿热老化性。
Azides epoxy resin(E51-N3) was synthesized and then characterized by means of various methods. The modified polytriazole adhesives were prepared by reaction of E51-N3 )with N, N, N', N'-tetrapropargyl-4, 4'-diamino-diphenylmethane(TPDDM) and biphenyl dibenzyl azide(BPDBA). The curing behavior, thermal property, adhesion and damp-heat aging resistance property of modified polytriazole adhesives with different monomer ratios were investigated. The results indicate that the glass transition temperature(Tg) of the modified polytriazole adhesives decreases with the increase of E51-N3, and the thermal decomposition temperature(Td5) is basically unchanged. In addition, the lap shear strength at room temperature can reach 20.9 MPa, 37% higher than that of unmodified. Compared with epoxy resin E51/DDM, modified polytriazole adhesives exhibit better properties of heat resistance and damp-heat aging resistance.
