摘要：NOVELTY - The processor has a moisture proof air filter, an air stream dryer made of stainless steel material, activated carbon fiber (ACF) adsorption desorption beds, a catalytic combustion part and a tail gas discharge part connected by a pipeline or a valve made of PVC or stainless steel material. The moisture proof air filter is provided with a partition plate i.e. gummed paper. An ultra-thin glass fibre is used as filter material. An internal part of a catalytic combustion room is filled with silica honeycomb ceramic. An electric heater is provided as a carbon steel fin tube electric heater. USE - Hydrochloric ether tail gas collecting processor. ADVANTAGE - The processor absorbs the hydrochloric ether tail gas by the adsorption material activated carbon fiber, absorbs and desorbs after the hydrochloric ether tail gas is near saturation by leading the hot air, leads the hydrochloric ether tail gas to a catalytic combustion room to burn without smoke after absorbption and purifies the gas thoroughly. The processor reduces the energy loss and operation cost, and has stable and reliable operation, reduced investment and convenient maintenance, and provides economic and efficient practical technique with wide range of application to intermittent or continuous collection of the hydrochloric ether tail gas with large air quantity, low concentration or instable concentration.
