摘要:建立切向狭槽自由出流流量系数的数学模型,分别进行了水、乙醇水溶液、乙二醇水溶液及多乙二醇溶液四种介质的冷膜实验,分析了液位高度、狭槽尺寸及物料物性等对流量系数的影响规律,确定了狭槽宽度的最佳开口范围为2.2~2.5 mm,并进一步给出了该狭槽在不同液位高度下的流量系数计算公式,为切向狭槽布膜器的工程应用提供了理论依据。
A mathematical model of free flow coefficient of tangential slot is established.The cold film experiments of water,ethanol,glycol and polyethylene glycol are carried out,analyzing the influence of liquid level height,slot size and material properties on flow coefficient.The optimal opening range for slot width is 2.2 mm to 2.5 mm,a formula for calculating the flow coefficient of the slot at different level height is given,establishing the design theory for the application of tangential slot distributor.
