摘要：本文通过对上海社区戒毒康复工作中同伴教育服务的专业化发展过程及特点研究的基础上,归纳出了中国本土化视野下社区戒毒康复社会工作服务专业化发展的四个保障要素,即政府主导及制度支持、服务对象生命意义内涵的挖掘及彰显、专业技术的有机整合、实践—提炼及验证—反省—总结—再实践等循环往复的实务研究策略,并提出了社区戒毒康复社会工作专业化发展的相关建议。
This paper studies the professional development of peer education programs as a part of the community rehabilitation projects in Shanghai. It summarizes the four key factors leading to a successful localization of community rehabilitation projects in China： the government and institutional support, the establishment of subjects＇ meaning of life,the professional skills,and the clinical strategies derived from practice and reflection. This paper provides suggestions on the professional development of community rehabilitation.
