摘要:为了全面评价农药阿维菌素的环境行为,采用室内培养、模拟太阳光源照射方法,研究了阿维菌素在土壤表面的光解。结果表明,模拟太阳光强度越大,阿维菌素光解速率越快,光解深度也越大,但是阿维菌素初始浓度越大,其光解速率反而越慢。通过分析阿维菌素光解产物的TIC图和质谱图,可能主要有2种代谢产物,保留时间分别为6.267和11.295min,分子量分别为450和586,进而初步探讨了光解产物的主要发生途径。
Pesticide Abamectin is being popularized to use all over the world today, but some important environmental behaviors of Abamectin, such as its photolysis in soil, have not been reported until now. In order to comprehensively evaluate environmental security of pesticide Abamectin, the photolysis of Abamectin in soil was studied. The results showed that when the intensity of simulative sunshine became stronger, the photolytic degradation rate of Abamectin increased, and the photolysis depth also increased; while, with the increase of initial concentration of Abamectin, the photolytic decomposition rate of Abamectin decreased, for example, the half life of Abamectin photolysis in soil at 3 mg·kg^-1 was only 60% of that at 10 mg·kg^-1. Two possible photolysis products of Abamectin in soil were found by the analysis of TIC and MS chromatogram, and their retention time was 6.267 and 11.295 min, and molecular weight was 450 and 586 respectively.There maybe existed four kinds of photolysis pathway of Abamectin in soil.
