摘要：目的探讨唇腭裂患者家长的心理健康状况及其与社会影响因素的关系。方法采用一般心理健康量表(GHQ-12)和社会支持评定量表对59例患者家长进行问卷调查,评价患者家长的精神健康状况和社会支持程度,并分析二者的相关性。通过Excel 2007和SPSS 13.0软件对数据结果进行统计分析。结果1)患者家长的心理健康状况处于中等水平。2)患者家长的心理健康状况与个人基本情况相关,其中学历和主观心态的影响相对较大。3)患者家长人际关系网络的结构和关系是影响其心理健康状况的主要因素。4)社会支持程度与患者家长的心理健康状况呈正相关关系。结论社会网络与社会支持对唇腭裂患者家长的心理健康状况有重要影响,应营造一个更加和谐包容的社会环境。
Objective This paper explores the relationships between mental health status of the patients＇ parents,whose children have cleft lip and palate,and their social impact factors.Methods The 12-item general health ques-tionnaire（GHQ-12） and the social support rating scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 59 patients＇ parents.A data statistical analysis was done by using SPSS 13.0 software and Excel 2007 software.Results 1）The mental health status of the patients＇ parents was in the middle level.2）The mental health status of the patients＇ parents was related with the basic personal situations.It was apparently influenced by the qualifications and subjec-tive state of mind.3）The structure and relationship of the interpersonal networks of the patients＇ parents were the major constraint factors on the mental health status.4）The social support degree and mental health status were posi-tively correlated.Conclusion The social network and social support have important influences on the mental health status of the parents whose children have cleft lip and palate.It should create a more harmonious and tolerant social environment.
