摘要：分析心理紧张在英语演讲过程中的表现,探究造成紧张心理的各种原因,提出克服紧张情绪的对策。
This paper conducts an analysis of the manifestations of stage fright that many contestants may experience in English speech contest and probes into the possible causes of this tension. To help the contestants to ease the tension, the authors put forward some counter-measures.
