摘要：针对聚丙烯腈二步法生产工艺的ＮａＣｌＯ３－ＮｉＨＳＯ３氧化—还原引发体系,根据实验分析结果,建立了聚合釜ｐＨ值和Ｈ２ＳＯ３浓度的软测量模型,可以精确地实时在线计算反应釜ｐＨ值和Ｈ２ＳＯ３浓度,为装置实时分析提供了有效的深层信息。
According to the laboratorial results in NaClO3 - NaHSO3 oxidation-deoxidisation system for polyacrylonitrile production, the soft detecting model of pH value and H2SO3 concentration is established, so that pH value and H2SO3 concentration can be accurately estimated on line. At the above, the quality index for polymeric reactor is realtime estimated and △pH value is calculated between difference for theoretical pH and actual pH in expiration-reactor. By that means, the process information for the polymeric system can also be given on line.
