摘要:Polyurea was prepared from amine terminated polyether (Jeffamine D-2000), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and diethyltoluene diamine (DETDA) as primary materials. The influences of hard-segment content on the degree of the hydrogen bonding of urea groups, micro-structure and properties of polyurea films were studied by means of FT-IR, DSC, SEM and tensile tester. The results show that with the increase of hard-segment content, the degree of hydrogen bonding of urea groups and the degree of order for hard-segment also increase, while the value of SRs, represent of microphase separation for soft-segment decreases. Besides, these materials have better mechanical properties at 35% hard-segment content.
