摘要:为研究酸改性后的球形活性炭对甲苯的吸附性能,用HCl改性球形活性炭,并与未改性的柱状和球形活性炭进行对比分析。采用ASAP 2020 plus HD88全自动静态化学吸附仪对活性炭的比表面积、总孔容、微孔孔容、中孔孔容等进行检测。利用Nicolet 6700型傅里叶红外光谱仪检测三种活性炭的透光率。利用SEM3400型扫描电镜对活性炭的微观形貌进行观察。考察了三种活性炭在相同进气量下的穿透时间,在不同进气量和进气浓度下各自的穿透时间,活性炭甲苯吸附饱和量等方面的动态吸附性能。结果表明,改性后的球形活性炭在吸附性能和吸附量上都优于另外两种活性炭,更适合用于低浓度甲苯气体的净化。
In order to study the adsorption properties of acid modified spherical activated carbon for toluene,HCl was used to modify spherical activated carbon,which compared with the unmodified spherical and columnar activated carbon.The specific surface area,total pore volume,micropore volume and mesoporous pore volume of activated carbon were measured by ASAP 2020 plus HD88 automatic static chemisorbent.The transmittance of three kinds of activated carbons was detected by Nicolet 6700 Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.The microstructure of activated carbon was observed by SEM3400 scanning electron microscope.The dynamic adsorption properties of the three activated carbons in terms of the penetration time at the same toluene inlet volume,the penetration time at different toluene inlet volume and toluene concentrations,and the adsorption saturation of toluene on activated carbons were investigated,the results show that the modified spherical activated carbon is superior to the other two activated carbon in adsorption performance and adsorption capacity,which is also more suitable for the purification of low concentration toluene gas.
