摘要:NOVELTY - The device has an air ejection cylinder (8) connected with an air storage tank (9). A front end of a piston rod of an air recycling cylinder is provided with a striking head for striking an object. A negative face of the striking head is provided with a magnet and a magnet-adhering object i.e. iron sleeve, which is installed on the front end of the piston rod of the air recycling cylinder. An air inlet loop of the air storage tank is provided with an intelligent pressure sensor. An ejection loop is composed of two air-control valves (5a, 5b). USE - Air-operated ejection device for use in an industry automation control system and a power emulation test. ADVANTAGE - The device stabilizes the pressure of the air storage tank and maintains magnetic attractive force between the magnets. The device is simple and compact in structure, reliable in connection of each component, and provides high degree of emulation, better control and adjusting performance.
