摘要:针对传统压力服测试系统的传感元件设计不合理、测量误差较大等问题,设计开发了以传感检测带为基础的气动触点式服装压力检测仪。以STM32单片机为核心控制单元,搭建了系统的气动回路和硬件电路,并设计了LabVIEW上位机用户界面,实现了对系统的控制、实时检测多点的压力值以及数据的无线传输等功能。通过系统的标定实验和重复性实验,其结果表明该测试系统测量准确、精密度高、可行性好。和传统测试系统相比,该检测仪集成度高、开发成本低、功能齐全,具有良好的市场推广性。
Aiming at the problems of irrational design of the sensing elements of the traditional pressure suit test system and large measurement errors,a pneumatic contact-type clothing pressure detector based on a sensing strip was designed and developed.With STM32 single-chip microcomputer as the core control unit,the pneumatic circuit and hardware circuit of the system were set up,and the user interface of LabVIEW host computer was designed to realize the functions of controlling the system,real-time de?tection of multi-point pressure values,and wireless transmission of data.Through systematic calibration experiments and repeat?able experiments,the results show that the test system has accurate measurement,high precision,and good feasibility.Compared with the traditional test system,the detector has high integration,low development cost,complete functions,and good market pro?motion.
