摘要:采用直径1 m、板间距0.6 m的中试规模冷模塔,以空气和水为物系,对矩形导向浮阀和波纹导向浮阀组合塔板的压降进行了研究。在开孔率为15.25%的条件下,分别考察了10,25,40 m^3/(m·h)液流强度和30,50,70 mm堰高下3种组合方式的塔板压降。实验结果表明:在相同的组合方式下,堰高和液流强度的增加均会导致塔板压降的增加;在堰高和液流强度一定的条件下,弓形区域布置波纹导向浮阀,中间矩形区域布置矩形导向浮阀的组合塔板压降最低。同时文中还对3种组合方式塔板的压降进行了数学方程式拟合,其结果对塔设备设计具有参考价值。
Combined rectangular directed valve and wave directed valve trays were studied in a 1 meter diameter,0.6 m tray spacing height cold model column with air-water system.On the condition of 15.25%opening ratio,30,50,70 mm outlet weir height,the pressure drop of three kinds of valve trays were investigated at 10,25,40 m 3/(m·h)liquid load.The results show that the increase of outlet weir height and liquid load will both increase pressure drop;The tray which bow zone installs wave directed valve and rectangular zone installs rectangular directed valve has the lowest pressure drop at the same outlet weir height and liquid load.Furthermore,the empirical correlations of pressure drop are fitted to provide guidance for industrial applications.
