摘要:卤素交换氟化反应是制备芳香氟化物的重要方法,在工业生产中得到了广泛的应用。以四苯基溴化膦(x=5%)和18-冠-6/(x=1%)为复配相转移催化剂,成功实现了单卤素或多卤素取代的芳香化合物氟化反应,收率最高可达92%。该方法具有催化剂用量低、底物范围较宽等优点。
The halogen-exchange fluoridation reaction is an important approach to prepare aromatic fluorides,which has been widely applied in industrial production. The fluoridation reactions of single or multiple halogen substituted aromatic compounds were carried out with the complex phase transfer catalyst,Ph4PBr/(x = 5%) and 18-crown-6/(x = 1 %), affording the corresponding products in up to 92% yield. This method has the advantages such as low amount of catalyst and wide substrate scope.
