摘要:NOVELTY - A super-hydrophobic self-cleaning material is prepared by (A) preparing pre-mixed glue, (B) preparing fluoridized graphite, (C) preparing polymer particle, (D) pressing obtained polymer particle, and (E) polishing obtained plate. The step (C) includes mixing polypropylene (100 phr), graphite fluoride (1-50 phr), pre-mixed glue (1-50 phr), antioxidant (0.5-3 phr), stearic acid (0.5-3) and glycerol (0.5-3); extruding by dual-screw rod extruder at 160-220 degrees C and rotating speed of 20-300 revolutions/minute; and pelleting by a pelletizer to obtain polymer particle. USE - Method is used for preparation of super-hydrophobic self-cleaning material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Super-hydrophobic self-cleaning material is prepared by (A) preparing pre-mixed glue, (B) preparing fluoridized graphite, (C) preparing polymer particle, (D) pressing obtained polymer particle, and (E) polishing obtained plate. The step (A) includes mixing silicone rubber with vulcanized agent at mass ratio of 100:0.5-3; and milling for 5-10 minutes in dual-roller milling machine at 20-50 degrees C to prepare pre-mixed glue for future use. The step (B) includes loading the graphite in reactor and carrying out vacuum drying for 5-24 hours at 50 degrees C; continuously introducing nitrogen and pumping vacuum to ensure that there is no oxygen before reaction; preparing mixed gas of fluorine with nitrogen in which volume concentration of fluorine is 5-20%; introducing mixed gas of fluorine and nitrogen to reactor, where processing time is 10 minutes to 48 hours and fluoridizing temperature is 0-100 degrees C; and pumping vacuum to replace nitrogen for 5-10 times and taking out to obtain fluoridized graphite. The step (C) includes mixing polypropylene (100 phr), graphite fluoride (1-50 phr), pre-mixed glue (1-50 phr), antioxidant (0.5-3 phr), stearic acid (0.5-3) and glycerol (0.5-3); extruding by dual-screw rod extruder at 160-220 degrees C and rotating speed of 20-300 revolutions/minute; and pelleting by a pelletizer to obtain polymer particle. The step (D) includes pressing polymer particle with flat panel high temperature pressing machine to form plate, where temperature is 170-220 degrees C, pressure is 0-10 MPa and pressure holding time is 1-15 minutes; and carrying out cold pressing by cold pressing machine, where cold pressing pressure is 0-10 MPa and pressure holding time is 1-15 minutes. The step (E) includes polishing plate for 10 seconds-10 minutes with No. 80-600 sand paper and blasting by draught fan to remove surface fragment and obtain desired material, where vulcanized agent is 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butyl peroxide) hexane.
