摘要：应用范式概念,回顾了中外城市绿色开敞空间规划的历史,提出并论述了城市绿色开敞空间规划的3种范式,分别是园林花园范式、城市公园范式和生态规划范式,分析了3种范式的特点以及共时存在的关系。探讨了生态规划范式的再发展问题,指出应对中国当前城市绿色开敞空间建设面临的一系列问题,既要推进规划的理性化进程,又要重视社会因素对规划的影响,在决策方法上应该由主观式、推理式、唯理式决策方法走向合理式决策方法。
By applying the concept of paradigm, the history of urban green open space both at home and abroad is reviewed, three paradigms of garden paradigm, urban park paradigm and ecological planning paradigm are proposed and expounded, and their characters and synchronic existence relationship is analyzed. Through the discussion of redevelopment of ecological planning paradigm, it is pointed out that facing the problems in urban green open space development in China, rational planning process should be advanced and the effects of social factors on planning should also be emphasized. In case of decision-making methods, the paper advocates a reasonable method rather than subjective, deductive, or rationalism method.
