摘要:对运行了 10年后的裂解炉高温炉管 (SUS347HTB)进行检验和持久强度试验 ,分析其材质损伤情况 ,并与该钢种的初始持久强度进行比较。结果表明 ,SUS347炉管在运行 10年后 ,材质已有一定程度的劣化。具体表现为碳化物相的沉淀析出并沿晶界聚集和表面氧化损伤。由此导致服役10年后的材料持久强度下降了约 1/ 4~ 1/ 3。
The high temperature damage and creep rupture strength of cracking furnace tubes(SUS347) serviced for more than 10 years,and compared with creep rupture strength of new material.The results show that carbide precipitation and accumulation on grain boundary and surface oxidation took place and SUS347 stainless steel degraded to some extent and creep rupture strength of serviced cracking furnace tubes decreased to 1/4 ~1/3 of new material after serviced for more than 10 years.Based on this,the residual life of the cracking furnace tubes in service was estimated.
