摘要:以4,6-二氨基间苯二酚磷酸盐(DAR.2HP3O4)和对苯二甲酸(TA)为原料经非均相逐步缩聚反应制得聚亚苯基苯并二噁唑(PBO)。该反应可分为溶解控制(齐聚合)、反应动力学控制(预聚合)以及高分子链段扩散控制(后聚合)3个阶段。探讨了各阶段的反应过程,并对PBO预聚合反应动力学进行了研究。结果表明:其动力学符合不可逆二级反应机理,反应活化能为51.9 kJ/mol。
Poly(p-phenylenebenzobisoxazole) (PBO) was prepared by the heterogeneous stepgrowth polycondenstion of 4,6-diaminoresorcinol diphosphate salt (DAR · 2HP3O4 )with terephthalic acid(TA)in polyphosphoric acid(PPA). Polycondensations of PBO can be separated into three stages,namely dissolution control stage (oligomerization), chemical reaction control one (pre-polymerization) ,and high viscous polymer diffusion control one (post-polymerization). Polymerization process of every stages was discussed. Kinetics of PBO polycondensation in pre-polymerization stage was explored. It is a two order irreversible reaction. The as-measured activation energy is 51. 9 kJ/mol.
