摘要:以丁二酸和丁二醇为原料,分别选用六种不同的钛系化合物为催化剂进行直接熔融缩聚得到了聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS),测定了各催化剂对PBS数均摩尔质量、特性黏数、酸值、熔点(Tm)与分解温度(Td)的影响。结果表明,催化活性钛酸四正丁酯>钛酸四异丙酯>二(乙酰丙酮基)钛酸二异丙酯>二(乙酰乙酸乙酯)钛酸二异丙酯>双三乙醇胺二异丙基钛酸酯>C-94;不同催化剂对产物Tm、Td及酸值影响不大,双三乙醇胺二异丙基钛酸酯、C-94催化得到的产物酸值相对较小。
Synthesis of poly (butylenes succinate ) (PBS)was presented using butanediol and succinic acid in the presence of six different Ti-based compounds as catalyst by direct esterification and polycondensation route. The effect of the different catalysts on the Mn, intrinsic viscosity, carboxyl content, Tm and Td were detected for PBS. The results showed that: catalytic activity order was tetra-n-butyl titanate 〉 tetra iso propyl titanate 〉 titanium diisopropoxide bis (acetylacetonate) 〉 diisopropoxy-bis (ethylacetoacetato) titanate 〉 titanium bis(triethanolamine) diisopropoxide 〉 C-94; different catalysts exhibited little effect on Tm, Td and carboxyl content of the product, however, carboxyl content of titanium bis (triethanolamine) diisopropoxide and C-94 on the product were relatively lower.
