摘要:提高农业绿色全要素生产率是农业新质生产力的应有之义,也是促进农业高质量发展的必然要求。区别于以往研究,本文基于2011—2023年中国277个地级市数据,采用非期望产出的Super-SBM模型和GML指数模型对各城市的农业绿色全要素生产率进行量化评估,并实证检验数字金融对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响及其机制。研究结果表明:第一,数字金融能够显著提升农业绿色全要素生产率,经过一系列稳健性检验和内生性检验后,该结论仍然成立。第二,机制检验表明,数字金融能够通过绿色偏向的资源配置效应和绿色偏向的技术创新效应提高农业绿色全要素生产率。第三,从益贫式增长视角进一步分析发现,在低收入群体、低人力资本群体以及欠发达地区,数字金融的绿色增长效应更强,表明数字金融在促进农业绿色全要素生产率上呈现显著的益贫性,能够促进农业益贫式绿色增长。本研究有助于更深刻地认识和理解数字金融对农业绿色全要素生产率的作用机制,为数字金融实现农业益贫式绿色增长提供方向指引。
Improving green total factor productivity in agriculture(AGTFP)is the proper meaning of agricultural new quality productivity and the inevitable requirement for promoting high-quality agricultural development.Based on the data from 277 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2023,adopting Super-SBM model with non-expected outputs and the GML index model to measure China's AGTFP,and to empirically test the impact of digital finance on AGTFP.The findings of the study indicate that,first,digital finance has the potential to significantly enhance AGTFP.These findings remain consistent even after a series of robustness tests and endogeneity tests.Second,the mechanism test shows that digital finance can increase AGTFP through green-biased resource allocation effects and green-biased technological innovation effects.Third,further analyses from a pro-poor growth perspective demonstrate that digital finance has a more pronounced impact on AGTFP among low-income groups,low-human-capital groups,and less developed regions.This indicates that digital finance exhibits a notable pro-poorness in promoting AGTFP and is capable of contributing to pro-poor green growth in agriculture.This study makes a significant contribution to the field of digital finance on AGTFP,offering insights into the underlying mechanisms and providing guidance on how digital finance can be leveraged to achieve pro-poor green growth in agriculture.
