摘要:异噁唑含氮杂环化合物在现代农药化学中占有很重要的地位,许多已经被开发成了除草剂,杀虫剂,杀菌剂等多种农用化学品。本文将部分吡啶杂环引入到异噁唑环,对异噁唑环进行结构修饰合成了两个系列共19个化合物,所有化合物结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,HR-EI,IR确证。生物活性测试结果显示系列1化合物ZZA1,ZZA2,ZZA3,ZZA4,ZZA5,ZZA6,ZZA7,ZZA8,ZZA9,ZZA10,ZZA11,ZZA12未表现出任何生物活性,系列2化合物ZZB1,ZZB2,ZZB3,ZZB4,ZZB5,ZZB6,ZZB7对瓜白粉病菌有一定的防效,其中化合物22B7在500ppm下对白粉病菌有50%的防效。
The nitrogen-containing heterocyclic isoxazole derivatives play important roles in pesticide chemistry. Many of these derivatives have been developed into herbicides, insecticides, bactericides and many other agrochemicals. In this paper, the pyridine was introduced into isoxazole ring system, and the corresponding two series of compounds with different substituents were synthesized and conformed by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, HR-EI, IR. And the second series exhibited some inhibition activities in Sphaerothecafuligirrea.
