摘要：近年来,长三角经济圈的发展面临着以高碳能源为主的石化产业加速发展与绿色、低碳、可持续发展的双重压力。在全要素框架下,依托于多目标规划,基于非期望产出的序列DEA-Malmquist指数模型,分析了石化产业碳排放绩效在长三角经济圈不同省域和城市间差异,以期促进城市群和石化产业群的协调发展,为优化石化产业的跨界补偿机制,制定差异化减排区域合作策略提供依据。
In recent years, the green, low-carbon and sustainable development of the Yangtze River Delta Economic-Circle is faced with the dual pressures of expansion of chemical industry, which is based on high carbon energy. With the framework of total factor, based on the multi-objective programming and the DEA-Malmquist index model based on the undesirable outputs, provincial and interurban disparity of carbon emissions performance of petrochemical industry in the Yangtze River Delta economic circle has been analyzed. The author believes that it will be beneficial to promote coordinated development between the urban agglomeration and the petrochemical industry. Moreover, it is also the foundation of optimizing crossover compensation of mechanism petrochemical industry and formulating different regional cooperation of emission reduction strategy.
