摘要：完善乡村居住形态是城乡融合发展与乡村全面振兴的关键抓手,亦是当前城乡融合发展领域的热点议题。城市郊区作为一个整体性的社会空间,已经成为“城乡中国”的前哨,是城乡融合发展的首冲之地。面对当前我国城市郊区以及城市群腹地乡村呈现出的一系列新特征,中国特色社会主义的制度优势为统筹郊区乡村发展、治理与生活的多重逻辑提供了空间治理保证,也为破解乡村空间资源配置效率低、城乡基层分治体系以及乡村生活世界异化等现实困境提供改革路向。通过城乡空间治理系统性构建城乡产业互补的宜业空间、一体治理的宜居社区、城乡融合的和美生活,能够为完善乡村居住形态提供整体方案和实践路向。
Optimizing rural residential patterns serves as a pivotal strategy for integrated urban-rural development and comprehensive rural revitalization,while also constituting a current focal point in this field.As an integrated social space,the urban suburbs have become the vanguard of"urban-rural China"and the first frontier for integrated urban-rural development.In the face of a series of new characteristics emerging in China's suburban areas and rural hinterlands of urban agglomerations,the institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics provide spatial governance guarantees for coordinating the multiple logics of suburban and rural development,governance,and life.They also offer reform directions to address practical challenges such as low efficiency in rural spatial resource allocation,fragmented urban-rural grassroots governance systems,and the alienation of rural life worlds.Through systematic urban-rural spatial governance,we can construct complementary industrial spaces conducive to employment,integrated livable communities,and harmonious urban-rural lifestyles.This approach provides comprehensive solutions and practical pathways for improving rural residential patterns.
