摘要:NOVELTY - Fluorescent powder containing carbodiimide structure (I) is new. The preparation of (I) comprises mixing lithium, lanthanide, erbium, ytterbium and fluoride or chloride with MCN-2 stoichiometric ratio in the presence of activated carbon and nitrogen, and protection lower sintering at high temperature. USE - Fluorescent powder containing carbodiimide structure. ADVANTAGE - The powder has simple preparation method, low sintering temperature and excitation effect under 980 nm infrared, and can emit strong red to green light. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Fluorescent powder containing carbodiimide structure of formula (Lia(Lnb-f, Ere,Ybf)Mc(CN2)d) (I) is new. The preparation of fluorescent powder comprises mixing lithium, lanthanide, erbium, ytterbium and fluoride or chloride with MCN-2 stoichiometric ratio in the presence of activated carbon and nitrogen, and protection lower sintering at high temperature. Ln=trivalent Y, Gd and/or La; M=Mg, Ca, Sr, and/or Ba; a=0-2; b=1-2; c=1-3; d=3, 4 or 5; e=0.01-0.3; f=0-0.4; or a+3b+2c=2d.
